You should see all of the fun we have with art, cooking, and design.

For each student's birthday, we CELEBRATE! First, we bake home made cupcakes and frost/decorate them. Then, we sing happy birthday and make very elaborate cards for the birthday student. Each card includes wonderful writing about what makes that student amazing! Finally, we let the birthday student bring in some type of game or family tradition to share with the class. We love honoring birthdays here at CSA!

Look at these incredible home-made Christmas cookies! We had the best time ever making them. 

During Autumn, we did an Apple Unit. Naturally, we had to incorporate apple-eating. The students were so creative with their designs.

We made personalized puppets for one of our plays. 

Snow pictures with sticks, glue, and white paint. 

This is our Elf on the Shelf, Harrison. He made the entire month of December EXTRA fun. And he gave us ALL kinds of exciting shenanigans to write about.

We made homemade pumpkin muffins with homemade old-fashioned butter.
